SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
A sacred listening space for your soul.
Life can be full of questions—about God, your purpose, and the path ahead. Spiritual direction is a gentle, grace-filled practice of creating space to listen for God’s voice together. It’s not about giving you all the answers, but about helping you notice God’s presence and leading in your everyday life.
What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is an ancient Christian practice of soul companionship. In our sessions, we slow down, breathe, and listen—both to your heart and to the Holy Spirit. This is not counseling or advice-giving. It’s a sacred, prayerful conversation where you are free to bring your questions, longings, struggles, and joys before God.
Who It’s For
Spiritual direction is for women who:
Feel a longing for deeper intimacy with God
Are navigating a season of transition, loss, or uncertainty
Want a safe space to process their faith journey
Desire discernment for life’s decisions
Simply want to rest in God’s presence without rushing
What to Expect
Each session is unhurried and Spirit-led. We may:
Begin in prayer or silence
Reflect on Scripture or spiritual practices
Explore where you are noticing God’s presence—or God’s seeming absence
Listen deeply for the Spirit’s guidance
Close with prayer or a blessing
You set the pace, and the conversation flows according to what God is stirring in you. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be in-person or online.
